Appointments are scheduled according to each patient's needs and the availability of the physician. The time of 

your appointment is reserved for you. All cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments MUST be done at least 48 business hours in advance. Sleep studies canceled or rescheduled less than 48 business hours in advance will incur a $250 charge. For all other appointments, patients who cancel less than 24 business hours in advance will incur a $50.00 cancellation/no show charge. This fee is not eligible for payment by insurance company and is payable by the patient or their guardian, who will receive a bill for the charge(s). Please note that three consecutive cancellations will make you ineligible for a consult at our office. All patients will receive and sign a copy of this policy in writing when making an appointment with our practice.
